- Dates 50g

Method :
- First take all the ingredients in correct measurements.
- In kadai add 50g of oats dry roast it for 5 mins keep aside
- for Crispy quinoa is where you take cooked quinoa, drizzle it with a bit of oil (which is integral for the crisping process) and roast it until it is golden and crispy
- Add your seeds above mentioned roast it for 3 mins keep aside
- Add oats, quinoa , seeds in mixer grinder make as powder
- finally add your dates in mixer make a paste without lumps
- In a bowl add prepared powder and dates paste nicely mix together and make a bar refrigeratate for 2 hrs then serve it chill and enjoy the homemade healthy bar
