Protein Chikki Recipe

Ingredients :

  • Rolled Oats 50g
  • Almonds 15g
  • Walnut 15g
  • Pista 10g
  • Cashew 10g
  • Quinoa 25g
  • Dates 50g
  • Sunflower seeds 10g
  • Pumpkin seeds 10g

Method :

  • First take all the ingredients in correct measurements.
  • In kadai add 50g of oats dry roast it for 5 mins keep aside
  • for Crispy quinoa is where you take cooked quinoa, drizzle it with a bit of oil (which is integral for the crisping process) and roast it until it is golden and crispy
  • Add your seeds above mentioned roast it for 3 mins keep aside
  • Add oats, quinoa , seeds in mixer grinder make as powder
  • finally add your dates in mixer make a paste without lumps
  • In a bowl add prepared powder and dates paste nicely mix together and make a bar refrigeratate for 2 hrs then serve it chill and enjoy the homemade healthy bar
