Water, water everywhere

LET’S GET THE EASIEST PART out of the way first- drink water. Most people don’t  get nearly enough of this precious liquid, yet it is crucial for survival. We should drink at least eight to ten glasses a day. Water is especially important if you are exercising or trying to lose weight. You need to replenish your body with water whenever you exercise and sweat.

think you know when you need water because you get thirsty? Well, yes, that’s one clue. But many times you are already dehydrated by the time you need water. That’s why you should always have a glass or bottle of water by your side.

the minimum amount of water you should drink in a day is eight glasses, but a general rule is that you need about 15ml of water per half kilo of body weight. Therefore, the bigger you are, the more water you should drink. Drink more than that if you are exercising. Also, if you are doewning caffeinated or alcoholic drink drinks, which dehydrate the body, drink an extra cup of water every soda, coffee, or a alcoholic drink you consume.

Order a glass of water whenever you order a beer or even a coffee, and prevent those dehydrators from doing damage. Another perk to drinking water with alcohol is that you will thank lyourself the next morning

Keep a record

If you are not sure how much water you drink in a day, try this: keep a record of how much water you drink for few days. Buy a water bottle that holds at least eight glasses, fill it up in the morning and make sure you have finished it by the time you go to bed.

Drink if you are trying to lose weight, water is your best friend. Drink a big glass of water before lyou eat meal, and you may find yourself eating less because water acts as a natural appetite suppressant by filling you up. If you are worried about retaining water, drink more . Your body hoards water when you are dehydrated, so giving it more will actually help flush you out. If you usually have canned drink with lunch, try having water instead. It’s certainly cheaper (unless you have to buy the fancy bottled water), and it can help you lose weight and keep you hydrated and healthy.

If you replaced one can of fizzy drink a day with a glass of water, you could lose up to 4.5kilos (10 pounds) in one year.
